WFOR reports that Nath returned with facial, neck, and arm wounds and bruises while authorities examined the crime scene and said he was returning some of Garcia-Molina’s possessions.
Investigators allegedly discovered his ex’s smartphone, purse, and several pieces of identification when they searched Nath’s vehicle.
According to digital evidence, Garcia-Molina’s phone allegedly traveled from her house to Nath’s house and back to the location where her body was found.
