An arrogant Starbucks employee was “bragging” about spitting in the drinks of police officers.

“The idea that someone would purposefully spit in your drink is really unsettling,” stated Capt. Joseph Rampolla of the Park Ridge Police Department.

Fortunately, Trejo’s boss concurred. According to NorthJersey.com, a Starbucks representative called Trejo’s conduct “reprehensible” and announced that he was no longer working for the firm.

The statement went on to say, “We have a great deal of respect for the Park Ridge Police Department and the officers who help keep our partners and communities safe.

And we will continue to support Park Ridge Police in their investigation.” But losing his job was the least of his concerns.

Trejo was arrested on charges of exposing a law enforcement officer to bodily fluid, intentionally tampering with a law enforcement officer’s drink, and creating a hazardous environment.

After a car accident, a two-time diving champion died at the age of 18.
