The horrific incident in Hatfield, Pennsylvania on April 24 has led to Raymond Bautista, 36, being charged with a number of offenses, including aggravated assault of an unborn child.
The criminal complaint claims that he wanted his partner to abort the kid since he knew she was pregnant, but she refused.
In graphic video of the prolonged assault, Bautista can be seen repeatedly kicking and beating the unnamed lady as she cries. Bautista is dressed in black leggings and a black hooded sweatshirt.
