Arrest warrant discloses graphic details of Cal Fire Captain’s murder: “I don’t want to die.”

KABC, Los Angeles — Authorities claim that a respected Cal Fire captain was murdered by her wife, who is still at large, but new information has surfaced in the case.

On February 17, 49-year-old Rebecca “Becky” Marodi was repeatedly stabbed at her San Diego County residence. Authorities identified.

Her wife as the probable murderer a few days after she passed away. Yolanda Olenjniczak, also known as Yolanda Marodi,

Is still at large and may have escaped to Mexico. Olenjniczak had already been incarcerated for a number of years for fatally stabbing her first husband over twenty years prior.
