Trump made two appearances at the highly-anticipated event (a third is scheduled for later today) and looked very much like himself, with the exception of a white square bandage on his ear. He is a businessman turned politician.
Many Trump fans have copied the badge of honor to show their support for their leader after the horrific events of the last weekend, and it has quickly become a favorite among Trump’s followers.

A Republican delegate even went to the extent of calling the ear bandage “the newest fashion trend,” saying to CBS News, “Everybody in the world is going to be wearing these pretty soon.”
