Louisiana State University wide receiver Kyren Lacy passed away. An LSU official told ESPN that the former student was discovered deceased on Saturday night in the Houston region.
The reason of death has not yet been disclosed. After starting his career at Louisiana, the former wide receiver spent three seasons at LSU.
He grabbed 58 receptions for 866 yards and nine touchdowns the previous season. In December, he was declared for the NFL draft.
Lacy was charged with the murder of a 78-year-old man in an automobile accident in December 2024 because he reportedly left the site of the incident without helping the victim.
