Sean used to earn a solid living as a manager. He lived in a comfortable apartment with his wife and kids. Before his wife became ill, everything was going smoothly.
Sean had to sell their home since she needed costly treatments and a lengthy hospital stay due to her illness.
His wife still didn’t make it at that point. Sean and the children were left behind after she passed away. Sean and his children had nowhere to reside after he quit his work to care for his dying wife.
They were struggling financially and were forced to live in a tent in a community. Additionally, he struggled to find employment and was only able to work part-time while his children were in school.
Sean, his children, and I grabbed inexpensive hot dogs for lunch at the local gas station. On his way to the supermarket, Sean noticed a family in distress.
He studied them for a while before choosing to inquire if they needed assistance because he wasn’t sure how to approach them.
