At age 63, Scottish comic Janey Godley passed away.

Janey Godley, a Scottish comedian, passed away at the age of 63. She will be “deeply missed by her family, friends, and her many fans,” according to a statement from Chris Davis Management.

On her X account, she also acknowledged her passing and said that the “love and support” from her fans had been “a huge comfort to us.” The message said: “Janey died in her sleep earlier this morning.

She was with her family. She was really happy with the love and support she received from all of her friends and admirers throughout her cancer struggle.

“Thank you; it has also been a great comfort to her family and close friends.” Godley’s ‘unwelcome’ placard for Donald Trump was first captured on camera at the Turnberry golf course in 2016.
