The indictment from the Vienna public prosecutor’s office stated that after the girls had left, “the defendants grabbed the older one and pulled her into the building.”
According to the girls’ testimony, the males treated them like objects and left them with injuries that made their stomachs turn.
Regarding the older female, the court heard that “he basically said that no one could hear her and that he would kill her if she didn’t have sex with him.”
During her interrogation, the 14-year-old said that “the younger man held a gun to my temple.” It turned out that the weapon was a toy gun.
She then called the police to report that her friend had been raped at a party in an attempt to elicit assistance while she was being attacked.
