Authorities issue a warning after a tourist attempts to snap a photograph of a shark and gets both hands bitten off.

A male tourist was bitten on the wrist by a seven-foot tiger or lemon shark, and the second occurred in May 2023, almost two years later, when a 22-year-old vacationer lost his foot.

A male resident was bitten while snorkeling in May of last year; the bite was so severe that his leg above his knee had to be amputated.
