In 2006 and 2007, she finished the Bristol half marathon after losing ten stone. She went on to complete the 2008 London Marathon in 4 hours and 26 minutes.
Also, she said that when she showed her coworker the medal afterwards, it made him laugh. The lively mother, however, has suffered through a series of health crises brought on by epilepsy,
the most recent of which occurred in 2016. Sarah started having five seizures a day while working as a caregiver for vulnerable individuals, and her mother was unable to continue work due to the severity of the seizures.
She has kept up her fitness routine after her 2016 brain surgery, but due to her seizures, she now exercises at home.
A woman who works out for an hour and a half before anybody else gets up has a routine, she added.
