According to a person who spoke with PEOPLE, Dave Grohl hired a divorce lawyer before to declaring that
he had welcomed a kid outside of his 21-year marriage. PEOPLE’s request for comment was not immediately answered by a representative for Grohl.
Since 2003, Grohl, 55, and his wife Jordyn Blum, 48, have been joined in marriage. Together, they have three daughters: Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
In an Instagram post on Tuesday, September 10, the leader of Foo Fighters said that he had welcomed a daughter with a different lady, whom he hasn’t named.
In a statement, Grohl said, “I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage.”
