Devillez can be heard stating, “He shot the ***ing window dog hahaha and I shut the door calmly and said have a nice day.”
“On 2-31, a Rockport city police officer finally saw the car. “Unfortunately, the driver refused to stop when he initiated a traffic stop,” Sgt. Ringle told the newspaper.
Devillez collided into a field in Daviess County, Kentucky, ending the pursuit. “The driver exited the car and took off running.
He was still being pursued on foot by the Rockport City police officer. The suspect was tased during that altercation, and he was ultimately brought into jail,” Ringle told WFIE.
