In Denmark, fewer than ten women give birth to triplets annually, but Maria has connected with other triplet moms via her account.

The mother, a documentary producer, now hopes her experience will encourage others to share theirs and be open about their postpartum bodies.

According to her, the world is changing significantly and more women are feeling at ease enough to share their true tales, particularly in the wake of the Me Too movement.

“With the Me Too and Time’s up movements in front line, I think there has been a small revolution in the last few years.
