Christina Applegate claims that MS is “getting worse” and that she is always hoping to “wake up from this nightmare.”

The Mayo Clinic states that symptoms of multiple sclerosis (MS) include numbness, weakness, difficulty walking, and abnormalities in eyesight.

Applegate has been candid about her fight with the illness ever since she made her diagnosis public, including on her and Sigler’s podcast.

When she spoke on Kotb’s podcast on Wednesday, she talked about the everyday challenges she faces, using a typical dental appointment the day before as an example.

“I went to go to the dentist yesterday, and it was a half-an-hour appointment, and it was like the most miserable hour and a half of my life,” Applecate said. “The whole process of descending my steps,

Getting into my vehicle, entering the parking lot, using the elevator, and entering the workplace seemed to have taken no more than an hour and a half.

I was like, ‘I can’t move anymore,’ by the time at home. And since I’m still angry, it’s the thing that makes me (say) unable to accept it just yet.”
