Donald Trump is being sued by a transgender inmate who killed a kid for allegedly committing sexual assaults as a result of Trump’s “transphobic and extremist rhetoric.”
After taking hormones to become a trans woman while incarcerated, Autumn Cordellionè, whose real name is Jonathan C. Richardson.
Filed a new complaint alleging that the president has encouraged her fellow inmates to attack her.
In her handwritten complaint, Cordellionè, who goes by she/her pronouns, claimed that she had been raped and abused several times while incarcerated at Indiana’s Westville Correctional Facility (WCA).
The prisoner, who strangled her stepdaughter to death in 2001, is presently serving a 55-year sentence. In 2020, Cordellionè, who sports quirky facial tattoos, stated her intention to change her gender.
According to the trans lady, they began when she was moved from New Castle Correctional Facility (NCN), where she was held in “protective custody,” to the facility.
