Handling of the case of Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five who was raped and killed in Harford County, Maryland, in August 2023, as he vigorously advocates for Abrego Garcia’s return.
After Morin went for a run, her corpse was discovered in a drainage culvert close to the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail. The suspect was eventually determined.
To be Victor Martinez-Hernandez, a 24-year-old El Salvadorian illegal immigrant. Surveillance video and DNA evidence connected him to the illegal crossing of the U.S. border in 2023.
