Court records seen by WGN, NBC Chicago, and CBS Chicago describe the circumstances surrounding the death of 10-year-old Dakota Levi Stevens on April 25.

This occurred just two days prior to the footage showing 48-year-old Jennifer Lee Wilson allegedly trying to restrain the boy using her body weight, as taken on a Ring doorbell video.

Wilson, who weighs 340 pounds, adds, “I was laying on him and he was acting bad” in the footage that the police have seen.
