The mother-of-three reportedly passed away on Saturday at the house in Henrico County, Virginia, where she resided with her three children, mother, and stepfather, according to TMZ.
Paramedics tried cardiopulmonary resuscitation on her when her stepfather discovered her motionless in her bedroom.
Preceding her death, Autumn allegedly had a host of health conditions, including diabetes, renal difficulties, and high blood pressure.
It was also said that Autumn had been unwell lately, expressing her desire to see a doctor and complaining of heartburn.
Season 5 of the popular program saw her and her then-boyfriend Dustin Franklin welcoming their first child, Drake, who is now ten years old.
