According to Lynette, who described a terrifying experience that ended only when a top detective arrived and quickly requested a private ambulance.
She also described how police officials came to their house the next day to apologize for the way Lucy’s case was handled and to inform them that an investigation into the incident will soon be conducted.
When Lynette and her 38-year-old husband Stuart discovered Lucy was unconscious at around 10 a.m. on the fateful day, the sad chain of events began.
