According to Lauren, the family’s landlord was so sick of their drama that he threatened to force them out of the house if Marcee returned,
and when she did, he followed through. Lauren asserts that she is aware of this due to the fact that they both have the same landlord.
Colt had problems in other areas of his life as well, according to Lauren. Even though the shooting did not take place
at Apalachee High School, her daughter claims she saw Colt being brutally tormented when they were classmates.
Annie Polhamus Brown, Colt’s aunt, addressed Lauren’s accusations by telling TMZ that she can “absolutely confirm” that Colt’s home situation was “toxic at many stages in his life.”
