D’Lila, Jessie, and Love are still children, although Quincy—whom Diddy adopted during his relationship with the late Kim Porter—as well as Justin,
Christian, and Chance are all considered legal adults. For the sake of the younger children, Diddy’s been in close contact with their moms.
As TMZ previously revealed, D’Lila and Jessie, the 17-year-old twins, are now being housed in Los Angeles with a friend of their late mother Kim, while Diddy is still detained without being granted bail.
Diddy is now under rigorous supervision at MDC Brooklyn, where he has remained since his arrest. It is unclear when he will be allowed to see his children.
