Diddy has been charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering, forceful sex trafficking, fraud or coercion, and prostitution transportation.
This Monday, the judge hearing his appeal refused him bail, citing evidence from the prosecution that “the defendant is a danger.”
Diddy is now incarcerated in the infamous MDC Brooklyn, a notorious correctional facility in New York City.
Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s attorney, said earlier this week how distraught Diddy is at “the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.”
Agnifilo maintains that his client is not a criminal and describes Diddy as a self-made billionaire and music legend who has spent 30 years developing his business while also striving to improve the Black community and raise a family.
Noting that Diddy has been extremely forthcoming with the inquiry, he is pleading with people to hold off on passing judgment until they get all the information.
