The average annual increase in female breast cancer cases among those aged 15 to 29 was 1.85%, while among those aged 30 to 49, it was 0.94 percent.

On average, the number of instances of colon cancer increased by 1.69 percent year among those aged 30 to 39 and 1.71 percent annually among those aged 40 to 49.

Additionally, kidney cancer cases among those aged 40 to 49 increased by 2.63 percent, while they were constant for other age groups.

According to the researchers, compared to ten years earlier, this translates to an additional 4,834 young women receiving a breast cancer diagnosis annually in the US.
