Donald Trump attends Pope Francis’ funeral wearing blue. Did He Violate Vatican Law?

 

Trump did, in fact, stand out among many of the foreign leaders assembled in St. Peter’s Square in Vatican City for the burial,

Especially in the front row, wearing a midnight-blue suit, matching tie, and an American flag pin. However, he was not alone.

While the president was the only one wearing a blue outfit, a number of other guests also donned suits that weren’t black, along with ties in striking pink, crimson, blue, and other hues.

However, Trump and the other members of the colorfully dressed audience were not necessarily violating etiquette, despite the internet reaction.
