Donald Trump discusses his “loopholes” in his bid for a third term.

“Tere are methods” of circumventing the Constitution. When TIME Magazine questioned him about it, he revealed that the ultimate law had “loopholes.”

“You recently stated that you were ‘not joking’ about seeking a third term and that there were methods to do so,” the magazine questioned him. Which techniques?

In response, the president said: “As you are aware, there are several well-known loopholes that have been explored, but I’d prefer not to talk about that right now.

Trump said, “But I don’t believe in loopholes.” “I oppose the use of loopholes.” US Representative Andy Ogles suggested that the law should instead read,

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than three times, nor be elected to any additional term after being elected.

To two consecutive terms, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected.
