Trump said in a recent interview with Time magazine that his administration shouldn’t be seen as a failure since he wasn’t able to lower costs.

“If the prices of groceries don’t come down, will your presidency be a failure?” was a direct question posed to Trump during the interview.

“I don’t think so,” he replies. They got them up, you see. “I want to take them down,” Trump said. “Once something is up, it’s difficult to take it down. It’s very difficult, you know.”
