According to reports, the church’s Easter rituals included three crosses with three separate men acting out Jesus’ crucifixion.
According to West Virgina News, the men were standing on little platforms in costume as Mary and other others costumed as Roman centurions looked on.
“We are here today, on this windy but gorgeous day, to reenact the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ,” a church member told the source before the event took a turn.
