Ventura allegedly instructed an escort to urinate in her mouth, which she claimed made her feel as though she was “choking,” according to one of his more explicit testimony.
A now-viral security footage from 2016 that purported to show Combs assaulting Ventura in a hotel in Los Angeles was also shown to the jurors.

In 2023, the ‘Long Way 2 Go’ singer had already sued Combs in civil court, alleging rape and abuse. Soon after, the case was settled out of court.
The rapper’s defense team started by acknowledging that he is a domestic abuser, but they insisted that he is innocent of the most serious accusations.
As the trial goes on, Ventura, who is eight months along in her pregnancy with husband Alex Fine, might be asked to testify for a few more days.
