Elon Musk’s child’s mother, Ashley St. Clair, has been missing from social media for more than a month, raising questions.

In order to spend more time with her family, she did declare that she would be taking a break from social media for a while.

Since his birth in September 2024, Musk has reportedly only seen their kid, who goes by R.S.C., three times, according to Ashley St. Clair.

Most importantly, according to People, she is now suing the billionaire for exclusive custody of the child. “For Ashley, this has never been about money,” a spokesman told the tabloid.

This is about safeguarding Ashley and Elon’s child’s best interests from a guy who is unreliable in his communication, much alone his consistent fatherly behavior.

The statement went on to say, “Mr. Musk spends more time discussing his children’s mothers on his own social media platform than he does talking to them.”
