Billy, nevertheless, has now said that he “will never go back” to the bar after discovering that the kitchen was closed after being forced to wait in line for 30 minutes.
He told Express Online that while he and his spouse were eager to sample the meal, they were disappointed to see a notice outside the entrance saying,
“Due to maintenance we are only able to serve bar snacks today.” He said that others were also incensed about this in addition to himself.
“We arrived for lunch at around 1pm, and they allowed us all to wait in line without informing us that the kitchen was closed,” he said. Why not inform them before they spend thirty minutes outside?
He went on to say that the snacks were “rubbish” in addition to having “four sausages on a plate with a dip, pickled eggs, and scotch eggs which didn’t look good.”
