After assisting in Jeffrey Epstein’s incarceration, Virginia Giuffre unfortunately passed away at the age of 41.
Her family revealed that she died yesterday, April 25, after killing herself at home in Australia.
The family of Giuffre, nee Roberts, released the following statement to share the devastating news: “We are really saddened to learn that Virginia passed away at her farm in Western Australia yesterday night.
She was a lifelong victim of sex trafficking and sexual assault before taking her own life.
“Virginia was a valiant fighter against sex trafficking and sexual assault. For many survivors, she was their ray of hope.
“In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight.”
