The NFL fired three officials, including Shawn Hochuli, who officiated the now-famous Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs game, in a move that startled and completely unsurprised the sports world.
Why? Oh, no big thing, simply the biggest bribery scandal in NFL history.
It turns out the tin foil hat brigade was correct all along after years of conspiracy theories, fan outbursts, and deftly paused images of “missed” calls going viral on social media. Yes, the refs were on the take.
