The two other children were subsequently questioned by officers, one of them was a six-year-old girl who said that Hays threw Daxton into the swimming pool on many occasions despite the little boy’s protests.
According to an affidavit, the girl also said that Hays shoved him below in order to get objects at the bottom.
According to Atkins, she was lying down inside the home while the youngster was in the pool. According to the petition, Hays quickly came in and explained what was wrong with Daxton.
Atkins said that her kid was trembling by the time she went outdoors and that she tried to assist him by doing chest compressions to Daxton because she believed his heart had stopped.
According to the affidavit, she informed investigators that Hays and her son were swimming alone for the most of the day.
