“Beyond depraved” and “by far the worst” homicide investigation his office has ever handled, according to District Attorney Jim Ritts.
“No human being should have to endure what Sam endured,” Ritts stated.
A Minnesota man was tragically discovered abandoned in a field in the Finger Lakes region of New York after being reported missing on February 9 and not being seen by his family since last month.
The Associated Press reports that five people were charged Friday in relation to Sam Nordquist’s death.
After telling his family that he had moved to New York in September, 24-year-old transgender male Nordquist ceased talking to them.
Precious Arzuaga, 38; Kyle Sage, 33; Patrick Goodwin, 30; Jennifer Quijano, 30; and Emily Motyka, 19 have all been charged with second-degree murder.
