Following a collapse on stage, “Fatman Scoop” Isaac Freeman III passed away at the age of 53.

Reminisce Festival officials also tragically confirmed Scoop’s death on Saturday, posting on Instagram, saying, “We at Reminisce have received the devastating news of the

tragic passing of the legendary Isaac Freeman III, known to us all as Fatman Scoop.” It has devastated our hearts terribly, this loss.

Everyone will be greatly affected by Scoop’s absence from this year’s Reminisce Festival, where he was supposed to play.

He was a valued part of the Reminisce family in addition to being one of our most well-liked performers. We shall miss his contagious enthusiasm, skill, and energy more than words can say.

We’ll talk about the best ways to pay tribute to him and celebrate his amazing life and legacy in the days to come. He was a wonderful artist.
