In an Instagram post on Monday, September 2, Katie revealed her feelings on her loss. The post included many images of Katie with her brothers, as well as other family members and her fiancé.
“These two were to be loved, to know them. I have no words at all to describe the relationship my family had.
The whole world is aware that neither Matty nor John could have existed without the other,” the woman wrote.
“The most amazing older brothers a little girl could have imagined. I will always respect you both and call your names,
thus this will never be a farewell post. “I promise to provide the best care possible for Mom, Dad, Kristen, Mer, Madeline, and your little ones,” she said.
