Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner when a glass was thrown from a different table and struck him in the mouth.
He is recuperating after requiring sutures. The statement says, “The matter is now in the hands of law enforcement after the police were called.”
Customers at a table next to Fox were also allegedly being “rude and vulgar” to the actor, according to a witness who spoke to the site.
One individual at the table “allegedly threw the glass that hit him in the face” after Fox reportedly ordered them to cease their shenanigans.
In reaction to the press claims, Foxx sent a text message on Instagram over the weekend. The actor also posted the words, “The devil is busy… but I’m too blessed to be stressed,” over a dark backdrop.
