The two buddies wanted to keep talking the whole time since they didn’t want to say goodbye. Shannen swiftly informed Chris that he was the executor of her will, so joking about dying before her wasn’t an option.
“It won’t happen. My will names you as executor, dude. “When I die, you’ll be in charge of everything,” Shannen said. She was quite clear that she wanted Chris to be her mother’s caregiver when she passed away.
In an amusing aside, Shannen said that she would be okay with only Chris, her mom, and her dog Bowie attending her burial. She said that the idea for this list occurred to her in January,
while she was undergoing brain surgery and worried she wouldn’t make it. She expressed her desire for her funeral to be more like a party, full of pleasure and celebration of love, rather than a solemn ceremony.
