A transgender lady was taken into custody and imprisoned in Texas following a 12-hour armed standoff. However, the top deputy of the Bell County Sheriff’s Office responded clearly when a special request was made due to the suspect’s transgender status.
Harker Heights isn’t a city that often makes news, but after a 12-hour standoff with local police, one of its transgender residents woke up the sleepy Texas town.
The 39-year-old Justin D. Robison, also known as Arial Robison, gave cops a hard time and made a valiant attempt to provoke them into a deadly situation.
According to the Killeen Daily Herald, Robison made a heartbreaking plea on social media, saying, “I wanted to die, suicide by cop,” and adding, “I don’t want to hurt anyone.”
Unfortunately, the suicide thoughts quickly took on a very unsettling form.
