Hubert stated, “She picked her up and ran out and called the police,” citing a 911 call transcript that claimed she had observed “bugs crawling” on Nazir’s body.

Responding officers had no reason to break down the door even though neighbors informed them that they hadn’t seen Lisa or her kids in two weeks because they didn’t smell anything or hear any noises.
