The son of the victim, who discovered his mother’s corpse in an allegedly horrifying condition, has disclosed graphic new information about the murder of a 93-year-old Kansas lady.
Tim Johnson said in an interview with KWCH that the coroner’s report stated mom Joanne Johnson was killed
by beating with a hatchet, marking the one-year anniversary of her murder. He continued by describing what it was like to find her corpse after she was killed.
It’s not what you would think it is. My mother was just a few weeks away from turning ninety-four. She resided in a secure,
tranquil, and quiet area. He told the publication, “I still believe that the town and neighborhood are secure. “But when we walked inside, she was literally unrecognizable.”
“If we hadn’t seen her tennis shoes, I wouldn’t have recognized who she was,” he continued.
