Following an executive border action by President Donald Trump earlier this year, a report published Monday by The Bulwark claims Jeffries has privately discouraged further visits to El Salvador by House Democrats.
Three sources—two Democratic aides and one lawmaker—told The Bulwark that although Jeffries has not publicly attacked the congressional delegations to El Salvador, the House Minority Leader feels the visits have “run their course.”
