The campaign of Kamala Harris has invaded Trump’s personal social media account and is striking him where it hurts: with insults about the size of his audiences.
A snapshot of two rallies that took place at the same location was posted by the Democratic candidate’s official account with Truth Social; the turnout at Kamala’s rally seemed to have been far larger than DT’s.
A photo from Tuesday’s major event, at which Kamala announced Tim Walz as her running partner, was released by her campaign. Temple University’s Liacouras Center had its stands packed to capacity.
Although there weren’t precisely crickets at Trump’s event in June at the same venue, her campaign did share a photo of the top decks being almost deserted.
Trump has often claimed, throughout the years, that his audiences are larger than anybody else’s. You may remember that
he made an unfounded assertion that his inauguration in 2017 was the largest of its kind. Regardless of the veracity of the claims, he has also used clowning to draw smaller audiences.
