Sheriff Jeffrey Crites issued a public statement calling for anyone with information to come forward.
“Our hearts go out to the family and loved ones affected by this heartbreaking event,” he said.
In the wake of the tragedy, community members have built a makeshift memorial outside the daycare and are organizing a benefit event at The Bullpen to honor Conrad’s memory.
