When both Alyssa ‘Aly’ Dee, 28, and her future husband, Tom, 51, were serving in the military, they met.
However, once they became engaged, she made the decision to put her goals on hold and quit her job in order to concentrate on caring for him and their home.
Recently, she told Truly that she believed Tom ‘needed her to pay a little bit more attention’ to him, which is why she made the choice.
Now, while he’s at work, Aly spends her days cooking, cleaning, and performing other domestic tasks, and he gives her $100 a week in exchange.
