It follows a request for an emergency order by unions and pensioners to restrict DOGE’s access to the organization and its enormous databases of personal information.
According to them, the department’s “nearly unlimited” access is against privacy rules and poses serious threats to information security.
“This is yet another activist judge abusing the judicial system to try and sabotage the President’s attempts to rid the government of waste,
Fraud, and abuse,” said Harrison Fields, deputy press secretary for the White House, in reference to the latest decision.
