Imane Khelif attacks a journalist on television for sharing a stolen medical report that said “she is a biological male” before a boxer messages a competitor who pulled out of their Olympic battle after 46 seconds.

Imane Khelif, the Olympic champion, has threatened to sue a French journalist for publishing an unconfirmed medical report that was leaked about her.

This summer, Khelif won gold in the women’s welterweight competition in Paris, but her attendance at the games had caused controversy.

Following her disqualification from the 2023 Women’s World Boxing Championships due to alleged failure of a gender eligibility test, the International Boxing Associations (IBA) took this action.

Khelif, on the other hand, maintained that she was a woman, and her father even produced her birth certificate, which stated as much.

Throughout the games, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) defended her right to compete on numerous occasions, although the IBA’s legitimacy and test findings were also questioned.
