In a tearful update this afternoon, Kate Middleton stated that her cancer treatment had ended (9 September).
Following this encouraging progress, the Princess of Wales said she would be returning to public responsibilities in a very private video with her family.
She sent a statement on the family’s official X account, saying, “As the summer comes to an end, I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment.”
Speaking about her battle with illness, Kate’s statement is intercut with pictures of her and her spouse enjoying the great outdoors, strolling through forests, and holding hands as the royal couple.
The queen says that the nine months that have passed since her diagnosis have been “incredibly tough for us as a family”
