Biden’s Health History
This is not the first time Biden has faced cancer. Over the years, he has undergone removal of multiple non-melanoma skin cancers, including a cancerous lesion excised from his chest in February 2023.
In November 2021, a benign but potentially pre-cancerous polyp was removed from his colon during a routine checkup.
Biden has also long championed cancer research and awareness, particularly after the loss of his eldest son, Beau Biden, to glioblastoma, a form of brain cancer, in 2015.
Prostate Cancer in the U.S.
